FAQs

I do not accept insurance. Your care should be yours. When filing with insurance, it is required to have a diagnosis on record for insurance to decide that your care is necessary for approval. Because of the constraints that come with filing with insurance, I choose to keep your care authentic and individualized to your situation. I can provide a Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement for your services.

You’re ready for change and determined to dive deeper in your patterns for a more fruitful life. You can expect to be in the driver seat for the whole process to determine if you feel ready to dive deeper in your life experiences. My approach is to explore your life experiences and relationships holistically, and how they may be impacting you today. While this is my go-to, this approach is not a “one size fits all,” so I tailor my approach to what you may receive best for your desired growth.
